We are now accepting reservations for a limited number of condominiums with projected move-in dates in October 0f 2027.
Condo selection will be offered based on reservation priority determined by the date and time your reservation deposit is received. To reserve your condo, simply complete the Preliminary Reservation Agreement and submit a Refundable $2,000 reservation deposit. Your deposit will be held securely in escrow with Transnation Title Agency, in accordance with the Michigan Condominium Act.
If your plans change, you may cancel your reservation at any time before signing a formal Purchase Agreement — without cause or penalty. Your full deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after written notice of cancellation.
You will have at least 10-days from receipt of the final condo documents to decide whether to move forward with your purchase of a condo or to have your deposit returned. Condo documents are currently projected to be delivered by September 1st.
